At Sckribbles, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here’s what you need to know about our hassle-free refund, returns, and exchange policy:

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items Sent: Within 14 days, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or if the wrong item is sent, worry not! Simply take a picture of the issue, and we’ll take care of the rest. We’ll refund the full amount, including shipping, or offer you a hassle-free exchange.

Exchanges: Love shopping with us? Exchanges are easy! We'll provide you with a Sckribbles Gift Card as store credit. This way, you can find the perfect replacement at your convenience.

Refunds: Refunds are processed swiftly and returned to your original payment method. We value your time and your trust in us. To request a refund, contact us at hello@sckribbles.com or via our contact form. Exceptions include digital items and gift cards. Refunds are issued within 10 business days and may take additional time to process. 

Incorrect Application: Refunds, returns, and replacements are not available for issues resulting from incorrect wallpaper application. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Applying wallpaper to freshly painted walls that have not fully dried.
• Applying wallpaper to textured walls or other surfaces unsuitable for wallpaper application.

Please ensure your walls meet the necessary requirements for wallpaper application before proceeding to avoid any complications.

Samples, Images, and Mockups: Please note that the wallpaper images and mockups used on our website and social media are for illustrative purposes only and may not accurately represent the true scale, size, or color of the wallpaper. We strongly recommend ordering a sample before committing to a full order. Refunds, replacements, or returns will not be provided for orders placed without ordering a sample first.

Change of Mind: While we understand tastes can change, we can't offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size choices.

Color Differences: Please be aware that due to monitor differences, the colors you see on your screen may slightly vary from the actual print. Rest assured, we strive for color accuracy in our products.
