If you ordered a sample from the legacy collection and would like to order rolls, please get in touch at hello@sckribbles.com. We'll arrange either a refund on your original sample or send you a complimentary sample on our new paper range so you can experience the quality before ordering rolls.

Yes. Our previous patterns measured 28 × 28 inches. Our current ranges use refined pattern sizes: 19.17 inches for Essentials and Studio, and 45.27 inches for Grand Motif, which is available in both Signature and Luxury papers.

Yes, you can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. Please note that in some cases your order may begin printing sooner than this, so cancellation cannot be guaranteed within that window.

If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@sckribbles.com and we will do our best to stop production in time.

Once in production, regrettably, cancellation is not possible.

Because our wallpapers are printed to order, small color variations can occur between different print batches. To guarantee a perfect color match, order all the rolls or sheets you need for your project in a single order. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for color variations between separate orders.

Free online wallpaper calculators are often inaccurate as they don't account for specific roll sizes, pattern repeats, or trimming allowances.

Always use the calculator on the product page of the design you are ordering, as pattern sizes vary between designs and using a different product's calculator may give you an incorrect quantity.

International shipments entering the United States are currently experiencing extended customs processing times due to ongoing tariff changes and increased screening of imported goods. Packages can be held for up to two weeks, and occasionally longer, sometimes without a clear reason. This is unfortunately outside our control.

If your tracking shows a customs delay, the most effective way to get an update is to contact FedEx directly as the recipient. FedEx provides faster support to customers located within the United States and can escalate customs holds more efficiently when the request comes from the receiving party.

We monitor your tracking from our side as well, and once customs releases your parcel, it will resume normal transit. If your package hasn't moved for more than two weeks, please contact us and we'll do what we can to help.

No. Unprimed drywall is too porous and will absorb the adhesive, resulting in poor adhesion and potential damage to both the wall and the wallpaper. Always prime before hanging.

For adhesive, use a high-quality paste specifically designed for non-woven wallpaper. Look for a higher solids content and lower moisture content.

This minimises movement during installation and reduces the risk of visible seams.

Walls should be smooth and clean before installation. Textured surfaces can cause adhesion problems, shrinkage, peeling, mold growth, and an uneven finish on the wallpaper.

A "pattern drop" refers to how a design repeats and aligns from one panel to the next. In wallpapers with a continuous or repeating design, there is often an offset (or drop) between the pattern on adjacent panels. This means that when you install the wallpaper, you need to align the design so that the pattern flows seamlessly across the wall.

The pattern drop is essentially the vertical distance between repeating elements of the design. It is an important factor to consider for ensuring a cohesive look and may affect how much extra wallpaper you need to account for during installation.

Per our Samples First Policy, a sample of the specific paper type you intend to order is required before placing a full order. A sample of one paper type does not cover an order placed on a different paper type.
