International shipments entering the United States occasionally undergo extended customs processing. Since 2025, updated import regulations have resulted in longer screening times for many parcels arriving from Europe. Clearance can take up to two weeks, and occasionally a little longer during high-volume periods.
If your tracking shows a customs delay, the most effective way to receive an update is to contact FedEx directly as the recipient. FedEx provides faster support to customers located within the United States compared with international senders, and they are able to escalate customs holds more efficiently when the request comes from the receiving party.
We continue to monitor your tracking from our side as well. Once customs releases the parcel, your shipment will resume normal transit.

In wallpapers with a continuous or repeating design, there's often an offset (or drop) between the pattern on adjacent panels.
This means that when you install the wallpaper, you need to align the design so that the pattern flows seamlessly across the wall.
