As of October 12th, we’ll be removing our Peel & Stick wallpaper range from the website as part of a thoughtful shift toward streamlining our offerings. This decision reflects growing requests from interior designers who are seeking our designs in more refined, elevated materials suited to high-end residential and commercial projects.

Can I cancel my order?

Contact us promptly for potential order cancellation before our production team initiates artwork creation. Once in production, regrettably, cancellation is not possible.

Why am I getting different wallpaper calculations from different calculators?

Free online wallpaper calculators are often inaccurate and don’t account for specific sheet sizes, pattern repeats, or trimming allowances. We recommend using our dedicated wallpaper calculator, which is tailored to our wallpaper dimensions for the most precise measurements.

Can I customize the size/color of the artwork?

Yes, we offer custom sizing for most of our artworks. If you have specific dimensions or colors in mind, please reach out to us with your requirements, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

We understand the frustration of tied-up funds in a refund process, so we swiftly initiate refunds through our payment providers. Once requested on your behalf, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Do all your wallpapers (pre-pasted, traditional, peel & stick, and commercial vinyl) have the same look, feel, color, brightness, and print?

Each wallpaper material has its own unique texture, finish, and how it absorbs ink—so variations in color, brightness, and sheen are normal. If you're deciding between materials, we recommend ordering samples of each type to compare how they appear in your specific lighting and environment.

If you order a sample in one wallpaper type, then place a large order in another type expecting a visual match, this will not be eligible for a refund.

Can I glue wallpaper directly onto un-primed un-painted drywall?

It’s not advisable to apply wallpaper directly to unprimed drywall, as its porous surface can absorb the adhesive. For the best results and to ensure proper adhesion, it's recommended to prime the walls first to create a smooth, sealed surface for the wallpaper.

Can I apply wallpaper to a textured wall?

For optimal results, your wall should be smooth and clean before applying wallpaper. Textured walls can cause adhesion problems, shrinkage, peeling, mold growth, and an uneven, textured appearance on your wallpaper.

Should I hire a professional wallpaper installer?

Yes! To avoid costly mistakes and ensure your wallpaper is installed flawlessly, we highly recommend hiring a professional. Their expertise will help protect your investment and ensure a stunning result.

What is a "pattern drop"?

A "pattern drop" refers to how a design on wallpaper repeats and aligns from one sheet or panel to the next.
In wallpapers with a continuous or repeating design, there's often an offset (or drop) between the pattern on adjacent panels.
This means that when you install the wallpaper, you need to align the design so that the pattern flows seamlessly across the wall.
The "pattern drop" is essentially the vertical distance between repeating elements of the design. It’s an important factor to consider for ensuring a cohesive look and may affect how much extra wallpaper you need to account for during installation.

What is the pattern repeat and match for your wallpaper?

Most of our wallpapers are 28 x 28 inches wide, and each sheet features the same design alignment—this is called a 'straight match.' It means the pattern repeats consistently across each sheet, so when installed side by side, the design lines up perfectly. This ensures a seamless flow and makes installation straightforward.

What type of pattern match are your wallpapers?

All of our wallpapers are printed with a straight match pattern.
